We had worked with Kyle previously and had a very positive experience. I was expecting that again, but it was not quite there. We had some miscommunications or lack of communication that slowed the process needlessly and made it somewhat nerve-wracking. I am blaming the pandemic and the fact that so many people are working from home, and therefore less likely to be able to facilitate things as easily as if they were working in an office with all the tools they needed readily at their disposal.
