Kyle (& Team) we attentive, helpful, willing to allocate additional time all to make sure that we understood and were confident heading into the biggest purchase of our lives. Kyle specifically, allocated time while he was on vacation and we were attempting to submit an offer in an hour. I don't believe this is the expectation or norm in the space but his responses were timely, extremely helpful and made sure we had the best rates, payments and opportunities to land in our dream home.
