Kyle was extremely helpful throughout the home-buying whole process. As first time home-buyers, we were not sure if this was something that made sense for us to do at the time and what we could afford. Buying your first home can be an extremely daunting and intimidating endeavor, but with the help of Kyle Kelly, it will quickly become an exciting success. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I can't recommend Kyle and his team at FOA enough. They were incredible in assisting my wife and I buy our house. They were patient through the entire process, communication was always fast, responses were immediate, and they had us ready to close almost a month prior to our scheduled date. Kyle was really good at explaining things to us and showing us all the scenarios. It helped us understand what we could afford (vs what we SHOULD aim for) and what the impact would be if we stretched our budget vs fell within it.
