I can't recommend Kyle and his team at FOA enough. They were incredible in assisting my wife and I buy our house. They were patient through the entire process, communication was always fast, responses were immediate, and they had us ready to close almost a month prior to our scheduled date. Kyle was really good at explaining things to us and showing us all the scenarios. It helped us understand what we could afford (vs what we SHOULD aim for) and what the impact would be if we stretched our budget vs fell within it.

Kyle was great to work with. If your looking for an officer that sincerely helps you, Kyle is the guy. He responds quickly and will help talk through all your options. He helped me improve my credit score by recommending I pay down a credit card I had opened. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and hope to work with him on my future home financing.
