We really didn't interact much with Kyle. Most of the interactions were with Breanna. While Breanna was nice and helpful, the entire experience overall was not. We were pre-approved for $1.4M loan, but when it came to actually getting a loan for $1M, constant roadblocks were put in our way. There were requests for immaterial information (Why are we moving?
