Exceptional
A fabulous stay at a great price There was nothing we didn’t like but I was surprised that there was no hairdryer in the room - not the end of the world but would have been welcome Lovely rooms - stylish & comfortable and for a very good rate. We arrived much earlier than the states check-in time on a very hot day. Receptions staff member suggested we used the pool whilst we waited for the room which was ready about an hour later. That was very much appreciated.

A lovely well kept hotel. The TV was hard to work. My coffee maker did not work. With the hotel being somewhat empty, I think they could have offered a nicer room. I did get what I paid for. I booked the cheapest room available. It was extremely clean. It met my needs perfectly. The location was very quiet. It was convenient to everything I needed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Nice for 2 stars Pool furniture (pads) were dirty, broken or missing. Cabana beds didn't have the sheets changed while we were there. Location is okay but a 30 min walk to downtown (or take the bus). Rooms aren't serviced unless you ask (we had to ask several times). Coffee maker was broken in the room. Beach towels were worn. Nice renovated room overlooking the pool with a good king size bed, 2 pools and 2 hot tubs, Starbucks coffee (in room and lobby), good price in the shoulder season. Friendly staff.
