Nice room good location but hotel needs a lot of TLC Needed maintenance and not pretry from the outside at all 2 pools one heated one not nice pools and area to sit but not maintained needed some tlc very neglected pool area but it was still nice to swim early morning and lounge one afternoon when the sun came out. Just very run down

Wonderful
Nice place to use as a base. The use of the TV was confusing. Through Amazon I think. Not that I needed it much and I did not ask for help. The staff were very helpful. My room was noisy and they arranged for another one at the back of the building. I also left my toiletry bag there and they very kindly found it and ensured that I got it back.

It was a great hotel. There was no tea available at the hotel, only coffee. A microwave in the room would have been useful. There was no wardrobe - only a clothes rack. It was in a good location in a quiet area and near restaurants. The sun beds were very good and there were four poster beds too. The bed in the room was very comfortable.

Good The lock on my door didn't work which is dangerous. The top lock worked but the main big bolt lock didn't. The tv remote also didn't work. The shower drain didn't work as well, it didn't stay up so the tub got filled when taking a shower. Then I had to stand there and drain the whole thing. It was a good location from downtown Palm Springs.
