One staff was a bit meh w me / generational differences of polite customer service delivery / plus she failed to call me back after asking to and then failed to apologize for her slip. We had a great stay! The outside landscaping could have been cleaned up a little better. A microwave in the room would have been great. The shower unit was hard to figure out. Excellent staff, clean beautiful room.
