Wonderful
Overall good value. Great lap pool . Get a room on the inside so you won’t hear the street noise. Cleanliness. There were small bugs on the floor needed to be swept up . Was told that this is what happens in the desert. Our room faced a main road and it could be noisy . I loved the salt water pool. Even though the water temp Was a little chilly it was big enough for me to swim laps which was great. Jacuzzi was nice too. Good location.

Good The facilities do not match the photographs. The pool deck area needs to be sprayed down daily, which it was not. The rug at the top of the stars into the pools is full of hair, that everyone tracks into the pool, needs to be vacuumed daily or removed all together. I do not believe the pool was cleaned daily, as there were tons of bugs and hair floating around. The location to downtown Palm Springs was good. In addition there are restaurants close by. The stay was okay. The light of the restroom was falling off. Tub paint was pilling off. I found two cockroaches in the room.

Conveniently centrally located with helpful staff! The restrooms didn’t have a vent in them. I had bugs and spiders in my room that appeared at night. You can tell the room was cleaned in a hurry, as there was still hair in the shower, vanity, and floor from the previous occupant. The rooms were not consistent either as mine was different and more appealing from my colleagues rooms. Parking was light and convenient for me to my room nearby. it was a very good stay all the family was very content with the stay. the pool was clean but it did have a lot of small bugs.idk maybe the weather? but it needs to be cleaned in the morning but it wasnt too bad. I liked the enviroment it was a very chill place to be.I liked the staff it was very friendly.
