Great pools! The room was a bit small in terms of bathroom space and the air circulation was bad. even with AC it got warm in the room and especially in the bathroom. Another annoyance was the 'wifi-based' TV which didnt work right for the whole stay as the wifi was just too slow to stream a steady signal! Lastly, the hotel was a bit farther from downtown than this page makes it seem. We enjoyed the 2 pools and 2 hot tubs the property offered. Comfortable stay at an attractive property The room was hot, even at night - though it's Palm Springs, you have to expect some heat! One area for improvement is the Internet - I had important work to do and found the internet unreliable and slow. The staff, to their credit, immediately worked to improve the Internet situation, though it never quite worked well. The property is lovely and well-kept, especially the pool areas. Great hotel. Close to downtown - lots of food/beer options. Strongly recommend. Be willing to compromise some for th Young staff (fine) but errors obvious. 5 people in line with complaints (or requested services) when I was checking in. Hot tub (x2), Pool (x2), and lounging beds. Modern styled room. Great blackout curtain (for late nights).

it was very clean. But I couldn’t use the coffe maker to make coffee and I was in a rush so I couldn’t notify the hotel. The coffee maker is broken. Very clean
