Good As soon as we walked into our room, it instantly smelled of cigarettes and wet dog. What an awful combination. I was told the hotel was a no smoking, no vaping hotel. The smell was bad!! So we had to switch rooms, the next room didn't have a smell. The pools needed some cleaning. But it's not their fault. They have a lot of trees surrounding the pools, so with all the debris from the palm trees, it always felt dirty coming out of the pool. Wonderful Had to unplug the fridge in order to plug in the coffee machine. Should have an extra plug. The facility was nice and clean and very comfortable. The pool was great.

Pleasant stay, perfect for a quiet night in. The pool furniture and area seemed a little outdated. Clean rooms with all you need for a weekend in Palm Springs. 3 minute Uber ride to all destinations. Staff was extremely kind and helpful during my stay.

Met expectations, good value! Satisfied. Honestly, nothing! The location for me was perfect for this hotel. Very quiet and calm, close to everything and I was very satisfied with what I got for value!
