Pleasant Pillows were very uncomfortable. Parking is limited and some is isolated with poor lighting and no security. Pool view bedroom I reserved was not pool view. Good location. Inexpensive.

Good hotel, well-situated at the entrance to Palm Springs. The water pressure in the shower was pretty awful. The rule about "no speakers by the pool" was completely ignored by virtually every customer who wasn't me and my wife. Everyone was listening to something without any earbuds. You should really enforce that rule or it's pointless to put it on paper. The staff was courteous and kind. There were a lot of options for pool/jacuzzi. Location was excellent. Free parking a must. Price was reasonable for the season.
Good Pool had a lot of bugs , shower drain was getting clogged Location , not crowded at the pool
Had a peaceful vacay. The pool & jacuzzi area was dirty the pool chairs need to be cleaned same with the cabanas. The room was really cleaned. Good WiFi walking distance to a lot of places to eat. Quiet and peaceful.
Good The chaise lounges in the pool area are in disrepair, literally falling apart and the cushions are filthy. The rooms are clean, well decorated and good for the price
