Nice place to use as a base. The use of the TV was confusing. Through Amazon I think. Not that I needed it much and I did not ask for help. The staff were very helpful. My room was noisy and they arranged for another one at the back of the building. I also left my toiletry bag there and they very kindly found it and ensured that I got it back.

It was a great hotel. There was no tea available at the hotel, only coffee. A microwave in the room would have been useful. There was no wardrobe - only a clothes rack. It was in a good location in a quiet area and near restaurants. The sun beds were very good and there were four poster beds too. The bed in the room was very comfortable.

Good The lock on my door didn't work which is dangerous. The top lock worked but the main big bolt lock didn't. The tv remote also didn't work. The shower drain didn't work as well, it didn't stay up so the tub got filled when taking a shower. Then I had to stand there and drain the whole thing. It was a good location from downtown Palm Springs.

I felt especially good about how clean the hotels rooms and facilities felt. My first stay I was able to connect my laptop to the tv via screen mirroring. On my second stay in a different room I could not connect. I think they should all be able to function the same I loved that I was able to book that same evening and have a late night check in. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and crisp, especially the bathroom. I loved having a bathtub. The jacuzzi was clean and just loved how everything felt clean

Very Good Was pretty clean over all , just few hairs on shower towels. Location was pretty good and central. No to far at all from the Downtown area where shops and restaurants were.
