Very Good In order to get drinking water, we had to ask someone at the front desk to fill up our water bottles. Pool towels were not always available (although the staff were able to refill them when we requested). Not big issues, just minor inconveniences. Easy check-in. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Hot tubs were excellent and there was one available each time we went.
