It was perfect for what we wanted. Anything that was not available was provided if we asked. The room looked clean when we arrived, but after taking my shoes off and being barefoot on the floor I noticed my feet were super dirty. The floor needed some cleaning. When I reserved the room, I read the reviews and knew that the resort was not a fancy place, so there were no surprises in that respect. Just what I needed - a clean, comfortable and quiet room for a 2 nights stay in Palm Springs I cannot think of anything. The room was nice and well presented. The staff were great, especially a member of staff called Nelson. What a great guy! It's a fairly new hotel and I wish them luck! They really take their guests needs and providing a great service and experience seriously.
