Good Value and decent location Unfortunately, the pool heater was broken. It was finally fixed on the last day of our holiday so we only got to enjoy that pool for one day.! Also, the only person that didn’t seem to be interested in doing their job was the maintenance guy. We had to ask twice about cleaning the pool deck and getting the debris out of the pool for people that are polar swimmers. I recognize that the problem with the pool was not fixable until the part came so I would probably give them another chance. The roo... read more

Exceptional
Great hotel for the price We had a 'pool view' room and were a little bit further away from the view than expected. But we didn't mind it as it felt a bit more private. Great hotel for the money! Location is pretty good, can walk into the main part of town (about 25 minutes) and there's a nice bar and coffee shop near by. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very Good We had to ask for new towels / room clean two days in a row to get it done. Otherwise it was great all round.

Much nicer than expected, pool & hot tub were beautiful. Will definitely stay there again! I didn't like that we have to ask for the rooms to be cleaned. When I asked for it to be clean, they didn't restock the shampoo, condition, body wash or coffee so I had to ask again. I didn't see the paper in the room that gave the number to the front desk (there are no phones in the rooms) so I kept having to go to the front desk to ask. Stay was not bad, not great. But for the price, probably what to expect. Breakfast options left a lot to be desired. One either must buy items from their store/mart or get a free apple. That's ok but charging for a cup of hot water for tea was the worst. Most of the staff were great but a few were quite rude. One in particular at the check in desk told us with a nasty tone "We'll be right with you", then turned away to tell co-workers a story. Really, ... that couldn't wait??
