Good The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The window didn't open. The pools, hot tubs and the location
Pleasant Found out my cost through Expedia was significantly higher than someone who just showed up! Not cool. NA
Bare bones hotel room. No frills! The hotel room was bare bones, no frills! Not even extra pillows or a blanket, which I always use. It would be nice if there was at least an area rug between beds. It's not comfortable to step down on the floor, and also the beds slip when getting up and down.
Exceptional There were very few outlets for charging. The room was very clean and had all your basic modest needs, just a little dated. L Good location, even though it was a little out of town, it was an easy drive into Palm Springs. There were several restaurants in a very close walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable.
We had a great time! The walls between the rooms were pretty thin. You could hear people talking and laughing in the room beside us. So, not good soundproofing. Staff was very helpful. Common area had everything you need to make coffee or tea and you could buy snacks there. Great seating as well for having something to eat. Comfy couches and a big screen TV as well in the common area. Swimming pools were amazing. Comfortable room.

Overall, very happy with our stay and would consider location again. Our room lighting was poor. Floor lamp did not work. We even tried different plug locations. Not having an option for a late check out was surprising and disappointing. We were even willing to pay a slight fee to have that option. The Location was perfect for what we needed. The property was well kept and maintained. The pools were beautiful and clean.
