Mariana I think that her name I had an great experience with her I think she in the billing dep. When it came down to my daughter plan and transfering/canceling she is so professional and helpful all the questions I had where answered in a timely manner and had no problem at all. I wouldn't recommend this place over all. I've been their patient for 3-4 years now and mind you i'm still on my treatment. They changed doctors a lot of time, no consistent person to track the plan. They change names and owners several times. They made me pay $100 for missed visits which was not part of the contract. The contract is a piece of transparent plastic where you sign with ereasable marker and paper under it and they dont even provide you copy and it's really sketchy.
