I like it very much all the staff in the back including Drs are very nice, very professional,EXCEPT FOR FRONT DESK PEOPLE THEY ARE VERY RUDE ALWAYS ON BAD MOOD AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! -0 STARS FOR FRONT DESK STAFF.
Better service at the front desk . I don't know the other girls name that usually helps me but the one today was not helpful and very short and only picks and choose who she tells the raffle about. When I tried to explained why I was here she cute me off and told me just to sign in there are people in front of me anyway ....then people who signed in after me received service .....she is bad for business .

This is just pure business. I went there to have my braces done but I want treatment for my teeth first (filling and cleaning). Unfortunately, they don't offer filling and cleaning. The dental assistant offered that they can put the braces immediately and I can get the filling and cleaning from other dental office after. I was like, what???? For approximately the last five months my son has been attending this practice. Since coming here, a few concerns have been raised. I'm not positive the money I have been distributing towards my sons braces is worth it with this doctor. The braces have created spaces between his teeth, although this may come naturally the doctor failed to make us aware and explain the process throughly to make sure there were no concerns. Update: I just came out of the LA building without getting my monthly treatment ! According to them they were no longer able to afford the lease and decided to relocate in long beach. This place is so unprofessional. No kind of notice to patients of their change. Just don't waste your gas driving over here!
Not professional at all they want you to sign an arbitration letter to give up all your rights in case something wrong happen with their treatment this obviously explain the quality of their work been there for 5 minutes and left right away never recommend this to anyone

They over charged me and then start speaking in a different language because they didn't no how to refund my money !!! And they still haven't refunded my over charge !!! This place sucks ‼️‼️
