I just love La La Land and I'm so excited they have expanded to Richardson! I frequent the other locations in Dallas and this new location is just as special as the rest from the tasty coffee to the friendly staff. This location also features a drive thru (as if I needed another reason to fuel my La La addiction). My go to order is the La La latte and it did not disappoint! It's not whether I'll be back, but when :)

Excited that La La Land opened a location in Richardson! I'd imagine it will become a popular go-to spot for the college students. Soft opening is happening now until 9/16 with 50% off all coffee. Grand opening on 9/17 No indoor seating, three small tables with sets of chairs outside next to the walk up order window. Drive thru available. My favorite is still the La La Latte and The Queen Avocado Toast

Extremely disappointed in this store, the young (I'll say African American girl" who took our order had a whole VERY LOUD conversation with another customer in front of us and they were laughing about how "white people are crazy" and that's why they don't take cash tips. Because they'd get robbed? Then she said it's a corporate thing and kept on with her commentary. I couldn't write a review after the first time I went to La La Land because I couldn't even order. The drive-thru line never moved for 15 minutes. Second time around I finally did get to order and part of my order was just a straight coffee black. When I got to the window, I was given everything but that because, according to the employees, the printer does not print when you order straight regular coffee. How? What? Why? Huh? This is without a doubt the worst drive-through in Dallas. The line takes forever to move, and the workers act like there's no rush at all. Even when you finally pull up to the window, they're painfully slow to hand you your drinks. It defeats the entire purpose of a drive-through. Save yourself the frustration -- avoid this location completely.

Excited to try as have heard so much. Long wait in drive thru and 2 items they were out of. Tried mango ice tea and truffle avocado toast. Tea came in a cute cup with heart straw and presentation was amazing but under whelmed by flavor. The a food was drenched in so much truffle oil it dripped and was unable to eat. Disappointment.

Slowest service ever I had to wait 35 minutes for a mobile order of four drinks and one just being an iced tea. I asked the person working what was taking so long and I was told that they prioritize anyone that is ordering in person so if you make a mobile order and the drive-through is long, they will do the drive-through before your order is even prepared
