The drinks are great, but the service is so so slow. No matter what time you go. If you have time to wait, go for it. If you are trying to grab a drink and get in and out quickly, keep driving.

The line was probably 7 cars deep in the drive-thru. Thought it would move fast but it took about 25 minutes to get our drink. Drinks were pretty solid but the banana espresso was a bit milked down.

First time here.... Yikes, came by on a Saturday afternoon for a pick-me-up and sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes (I understand that places get busy so I don't mind waiting) before coming to the realization I was never going to make it to the window let alone the menu to order. There were several cars ahead of me that left too, we never even made it in far enough to be "stuck" in line. This location only has a walk up and drive up option, no inside. I do not recommend this spot at all. There is only a drive-thru / walk up window with very limited outdoor seating. I must say that the staff was very friendly and provided great service. However, I did not enjoy my ordered. I bought the strawberry matcha and the truffle burrata avocado toast. I would rate the matcha a 3.5 / 5. It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't come back for it. i love la la land but this has consistently been the worst of their locations sadly. today is the second time that i ordered a gluten free muffin for my mother who has a gluten intolerance and instead received another pastry- of which has gluten and gave my mother horrible cramping. and today the service was extremely slow likely due to the employees standing at the counter talking with a different employee who wasn't working - and literally put their dog on the order counter and half way thru the window inside which i foun... read more

As a frequent La La Land Kind Cafe enjoyer, it saddens me to have to leave a poor review. But this was the worst experience I have ever had at any of the locations. The drive through is excruciatingly slow and we ended up getting out of the car and ordering instead. I usually order the strawberry fields and its amazing, but this location has the drink COMPLETELY WRONG. Ordered 2 iced lattes through DoorDash. By the time the coffee arrived, it was watered down and bland. Would recommend getting it in house as a-pose to delivered. I'm sure it will be a lot better.

Not a great experience. Went in the early morning...said kitchen wasn't open to serve food yet because they had cleaned the night before and needed time to finish...Well as a place that sells food and beverages you should be ready to serve when you open your doors. Then I ordered a large drink...was given a regular. After I said some thing to the lady at the window she did offer to replace it but I had to get to work so I just left. Very disappointed!
