This is without a doubt the worst drive-through in Dallas. The line takes forever to move, and the workers act like there's no rush at all. Even when you finally pull up to the window, they're painfully slow to hand you your drinks. It defeats the entire purpose of a drive-through. Save yourself the frustration -- avoid this location completely.

Excited to try as have heard so much. Long wait in drive thru and 2 items they were out of. Tried mango ice tea and truffle avocado toast. Tea came in a cute cup with heart straw and presentation was amazing but under whelmed by flavor. The a food was drenched in so much truffle oil it dripped and was unable to eat. Disappointment.

Slowest service ever I had to wait 35 minutes for a mobile order of four drinks and one just being an iced tea. I asked the person working what was taking so long and I was told that they prioritize anyone that is ordering in person so if you make a mobile order and the drive-through is long, they will do the drive-through before your order is even prepared

The drinks are great, but the service is so so slow. No matter what time you go. If you have time to wait, go for it. If you are trying to grab a drink and get in and out quickly, keep driving.

The line was probably 7 cars deep in the drive-thru. Thought it would move fast but it took about 25 minutes to get our drink. Drinks were pretty solid but the banana espresso was a bit milked down.

First time here.... Yikes, came by on a Saturday afternoon for a pick-me-up and sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes (I understand that places get busy so I don't mind waiting) before coming to the realization I was never going to make it to the window let alone the menu to order. There were several cars ahead of me that left too, we never even made it in far enough to be "stuck" in line. This location only has a walk up and drive up option, no inside. I do not recommend this spot at all. There is only a drive-thru / walk up window with very limited outdoor seating. I must say that the staff was very friendly and provided great service. However, I did not enjoy my ordered. I bought the strawberry matcha and the truffle burrata avocado toast. I would rate the matcha a 3.5 / 5. It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't come back for it.
