Been to this location 5 times cause it's near work and wow! It's always busy! I advise mobile ordering before picking up cause sometimes the lines are ridiculous. Even with mobile ordering before picking there may be a 20 minute wait. Drinks are delicious! Pricey but great if you love the vibe and coffee here. Most of the time I don't feel much customer service because it's just so busy. They've made my drinks wrong a few times but do correct it asap. Only complain I have is how long I always have to wait. Such a beautiful coffee shop. Bright, aesthetically appealing, clean, great customer service but a little slow. I came for the Keith Lee matcha! I had never tried matcha before and will never purchase again, I'm simply not a matcha girl. The top layer was nice, sweet, and creamy, but the actually matcha just wasn't for me, I can see others liking. We also purchased a Chocolate Chip Cookie that was pretty good. I would go back to try a different drink.

Shoutout to Lydia and Ava! We walked in shortly before they closed and not only did they make our drinks soooo goood but they gave us like 10 free over night oats that they would have otherwise thrown out. So sweet of them!!!

I recently visited your Plano location and ordered the viral Keith Lee matcha drink. The young lady who took my order was very kind and even helped me sign up for the rewards program, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, after taking a few sips and eating the strawberry on top, I realized the drink just wasn't for me, it didn't taste good at all! this visit i tried the matcha with strawberry foam topper and the M.A.K.A toast . i don't usually get food at cafes, but this was a great snack for a busy morning. my matcha was great, the strawberry foam tasted like real strawberry and while the matcha flavor could have been stronger, it's an easy customization. the wait time is a little on the longer side, but they keep it moving with someone calling out orders and putting pickup orders to the side. i wouldn't recommend this spot to study/work at since every time i go... read more

The food was great. I love their croissants and they're espresso. The staff is unbelievably kind. Farah is one of the kindest humans I've ever met. The ambience is white and gold which is so cool. Pictures show it's full beauty

They offer different signature drinks in matcha and coffee, signature coolers, as well as signature toast. Coming from LA, didn't realize that La La Land was based from Dallas. I've heard of it since it's at the Grove but, wanted to try it here. I ordered the Matcha Latte w/ Cream Top. The color of the matcha is perfect although they premake the matcha already. It was great, ceremonial matcha with a sweet cream on top. The place itself stands out with its yellow cups, everyone stopped me and mentioned how cute it was.
