One of the best matches I've had in my life! What a great company, I enjoyed the service, the decor, the ambience, the grand opening sale, the wide selection of drinks, the taste and quality of the drinks. The place is somewhat small however I was able to grab a seat. The cups are so cute, good quality cup, and straw. Who knew Oreos so good coffee and the strawberry Matcha here very good quality. I would come back.

This is an adorable coffee shop new to the Montrose/upper Kirby area. The atmosphere is perfect. I had no idea what to order since I typically drink frozen coffees. The cashier was very helpful in helping me make a decision regarding which coffee to order. I absolutely loved my caramel upside down latte. I also ordered the avocado toast, which was very delicious. My only issue with this location is the parking. La La Land is an aesthetic coffee shop with great bites & a positive atmopshere. For their grand opening they're serving 50% drinks. I love the service & I'm glad they opened a new location!

I'm absolutely obsessed!! For my first time, I tried the upside down latte with oat milk and a chocolate croissant. The drink is absolutely STUNNING The chocolate croissant was super flaky and gooey. Better than Starbucks. The inside is big and really cute. There isn't a lot of seating but a lot of standing room. The baristas are SUPER nice. They made sure I had my entire order before I left and told me they loved me. Of course I said it back. They have heart shaped straws! Need I say more? The menu is extensive.... read more

I love the drinks at La La Land but the service at this one and incorrect wait times and prioritization of Door Dash orders is frustrating. We use the app ordering and it gives us a ready-by time. This location (and the Montrose one) constantly exceed the order time by another 15-20 minutes. The staff is unwilling to help in any way there appears to be no order or supervision here. Parking is always difficult and the neighborhood hates the traffic. The drinks are good and would like to keep returning but hope management work... read more

I love la la land's coffee but this location sucks. There is no parking and it took 30+ minutes to get an avocado toast! They have 10+ employees working it should not take that long for a toast to come out.

my problem isn't with the coffee, but the parking. This coffee shop literally has 3 parking spots with no possible pay to park spots anywhere near visible. Because of this, I parked at the shopping mall strip that was directly next to the shop. I, no joke, was gone from my car for 4 minutes. I checked. I walked in, picked up my coffee, walked back to my car, and my car was gone. This shopping strip had 10+ spots empty, yet they towed my car. The parking and customer service here is equivalent to eachother. Both non existent. Save yourself from the rude staff here and just go to their other locations.

First of all, why did you delete my review? As I said earlier, the drink I got was good. Customer service was terrible. Whatever girl yall had there at the register looked like she hated everyone especially herself. This is definitely the ghetto location. Unprofessional, and fake for deleting my review. Management most likely sucks because everyone looks like they beefing. Don't even get me started about parking, yall need to invest in buying a whole parking lot.
