Eh. Latte flavors were creative but tasted fairly mid. Long lines (not the business's fault but just a heads up to expect a wait). Merch looked cheaply made and crummy but was very expensive.

Miserable experience. Ordered on the app at 11:00; indicated the pick up time for the drink would be 11:15. My 16 year old daughter ran in to get it will I sat in the car because parking in the area is poor. Ultimately when she was still in the store 30 minutes after the pick up time, I paid to park and went in. At noon (an hour later!) we still didn't have the drink - with no estimate of when we would receive it, and the only explanation offered being "we're busy today..." only two people were working this evening. the store was really busy and baristas could not keep up with the orders. I blame management for not scheduling enough on a weekend to support customer demand. i didn't mind waiting for our drinks as i could see how understaffed they are. but what made me leave a one star was we ordered two of the same drink but only received one. we waited 10 mins for the other one, thinking they're just busy but when the drink never came we went to check with the barista. they said they lost the t... read more

How to ruin a perfectly good Saturday evening? Visit La La Land Kind Cafe. Absolutely horrible experience -- waited over 45 minutes just for coffee. The place was overwhelmed with customers and only had two staff members, who were clearly doing their best but simply couldn't keep up. Management trying to overwork these poor young workers. No parking, no seating, and nothing on the pastry rack except sugary junk. What a disaster. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place entirely. Go to McDonald's or other coffee... read more

Okay. It's a must to find out about parking living in Houston, SO CUTE If you live in the neighborhood, picking up or in the area! There is 3 parkings in the front. They are In lala land with the parking situation LOL Bless your heart if you can park in the front!

My second visit here for the last day of their 50% off drinks special, and I have to agree with another reviewer who said this place is hit or miss. I really enjoyed my drinks last time (Oreo Matcha and Strawberry Fields Matcha). This time, however, it was a bit busier, and the drinks weren't as good. It took about 30 minutes from waiting in line to getting our 2 drinks with maybe 3 parties ahead of us. I love lalaland but this location has only 3 parking spaces. Very hard to park. And the houses next to it have setup cones because people are parking in their driveways.

They couldn't have picked a worse spot to open this particular coffee shop lol. Parking is an absolute nightmare, and they don't allow you to order ahead. Also - I know the neighbors are pretty pissed.
