La La Land Kind Cafe is a pretty Insta-worthy cafe. I truthfully did not have super high expectations because it seemed to be more about the aesthetic than the food, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised! The staff were all really sweet and excited to talk about the menu options. I only ordered an almond croissant but it was very delicious. So buttery and yet also a bit crispy. I always heard about LaLa Land all over social media and thought it was just another cute photo coffee shop- to my surprise I was happily proven wrong. I understand the hype and excitement over La La Land! Super cute spot, their marketing is on point and their staff are so sweet. Their pastries were fresh and delicious, and their drinks were delicious. Their truffle butter avocado toast was superb and I went with a latte that did not disappoint. This will be my new go to spot when I am in LA from now on!

Recently got a crookie here, the magical creation that is half croissant half cookie. And it was delicious hot tub. You are gonna want to order it warmed up and you are going to want to eat it as fast as you can so it has this buttery, flaky sweet, salty consistency. I work out nearby and I appreciate that they open at 6 AM so I can just grab my coffee and my pastry after working out.
This place is pretty cool. I love that they're so creative with matcha. I got the French toast matcha, so delicious and no clumps in the matcha. I also got an avocado toast with red peppers and a hint of lemon. So delicious and fresh. The staff were so sweet. Definitely recommend
I stopped by this past Monday and what impressed me the most was how the staff managed everything so smoothly while staying kind and upbeat!! Michelle, who was working the register, was especially helpful.
