Me and my friend El visit La La Land almost every day, and a huge part of what makes my visits so delightful is Jack! He's genuinely the best barista around. Jack's warmth and excellent customer service make every visit a pleasure. He always makes my drink perfectly. His upbeat mood genuinely lifts ours, making our coffee runs the highlight of our day. Jack's presence is a key reason I keep coming back. He's simply amazing!

This place is my go-to since it's close to home! There's always a long line whenever I go so I would say just be patient because it's worth it! I'm not sure if each of the locations vary in flavor and service but this spot is amazing. Whenever I order, anything I get are well made and the taste is on point. I love their french toast latte add expreso with banana foam!!! I enjoy coming to this place! Ambiance is awesome. Girl at the register was nice.

The drinks are good, but the service and wait times are insane. I appreciate the kindness of some staff members, but others stand around the wait area and do not call out your order. When I tried approaching a young lady, she rolled her eyes at me and said, "I already called your name". I was standing right next to her the entire time and can attest that she did not. Needless to say, I was left with a soggy croissant and a mediocre latte. Will I come back? Possibly? But probably with really low expectations.

The coffee here is really good! I always enjoy their perfect latte - this is on the sweet side - but it's literally perfect. And I also got to try a new flavor I haven't tried which is my second favorite now - the banana cream top latte. Definitely a dessert in coffee form. I enjoyed it from start to finish. Jonas was an amazing barista! He was sweet. I love the ambiance. The place had great vibes, long line but was worth the wait with the drinks and how sweet Jonas was. He loves his coworkers and he has the actor look. Great food.
