Selina and Stephanie were so helpful and kind. Really made my Christmas Day here, with the amazing customer service. I was so glad to have been served by them would come back just to have a chat!!! Drinks were good and the toast was especially tasty
Amazing service at this cafe and great ambience. Even though it was Christmas all of the staff was super friendly and helped us out in picking which drinks to get. Shoutout to Asher and Stephanie for being especially friendly and welcoming.

Our drink was delicious The service was amazing. Very impressed. I believe his name was Peter. Everyone that was working on Sunday, December 22 at around 1 o'clock was amazing. The manager came in saying happy Sunday. She was very enthusiastic very positive happy I will definitely be back.

My favorite coffee from here is the iced upside down latte! The aesthetics are super cute in here and definitely Instagramable. Bernie took care of me here and she is amazing!
Is La La Land kind cafe worth it ? I would have to say it depends on how you enjoy your coffee. Parking is an absolute nightmare, there's a parking garage but you need to pay. It's located at the Americana where there's tons of other shops and it's currently cute and aesthetic as it's decorated in Christmas decor! Coffee lover here. I go to coffee shops all around the world and thought this place was great. The ambiance in this place was top notch even down to the cups. The people working here were so kind and helpful! I've been here now three times, and the coffee is delicious. The beans are smooth and don't have the crazy bite that most lower quality coffee beans have. I gave it a 4 because of the line. It is not a quick stop here. You have to wait for the good coffee. I was so excited to finally try La La Land while we were in LA yesterday. There was a line and we waited about 15 minutes. The girl letting people in at the door was unfriendly to both people entering and leaving and seemed to take her job as guarding the door a little too serious. There is zero reason to not smile or be friendly with people when your job is to be the first one you are greeted by. The line continued inside for another 5 minutes or so. We finally ordered. In comparison to their Santa Monica location, the matcha latte was just okay. It did taste good but nothing special. The cup was dressed with a holiday lid and sleeve but for some reason I tasted a holiday flavor in it but can't quite put my finger on it. I have been to the other location multiple times and I am always blown away and always order 2 drinks for myself. The location would be ideal to visit when shopping at the Americana.
