Overall is good.
The locked doors with out clear information made it alittle challenging. The bed was awesome and the front desk was helpful.
Room was clean and comfortable, staff is always super helpful & friendly!

Spacious lobby. Friendly and professional staff. Location is close to some restaurants and entertainment spots but has a light industrial feel
The front staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaints is that your pool was closed sadly which was one of the reasons we chose your hotel, your vending machines were empty in all floors and the front room food area was as well, and the breakfast was placed in bags but with COVID that’s understandable.

It was fair for the price
The hotel is beautiful! The room was spacious and clean. Only thing that was really upsetting is paying extra for the pool and its closed for maintenance. When traveling with kids this feature makes a world of difference. Also a fire alarm started going off at midnight. I understand accidents happen and this is not the hotels fault. But would have
