Elevator did not work, homeless sleeping in the hallway stairwell outside our room. No WiFi for guest, tv Chanel’s kept freezing, no clock in our room and the constant smell of marijuana coming through the exhaust vents in our room and throughout the whole hotel. Staff was not welcoming or seemed professional.

Although, the staff was friendly, welcoming and informative…the location is horrible. It was sketchy. The cops kept patrolling the premises throughout the night. There were other guest that were highly questionable individuals and may possibly live there. It was def sketchy. The room was nice but could you use a deep clean, the bathroom could use a new shower curtain (it was moldy) & the tub can use an upgrade. The first room we were given had an awful smell of dog pee, breakfast was not what expected and the rooms could use a little more detail clean up as well as the halls.

When we checked in and given keys to our suite it was not ready and had not been cleaned. We were also traveling with family and had booked another suite and theirs had lights out in the bathroom, even when asking staff to replace the bulbs the concern was not addressed.

Large room. Very clean. The rooms need USB outlets, and the tub/ shower looks like it could use an update. Bed wasn't very comfortable.

The rooms were very dirty, between the shower curtain and the couches and the bed room skirt, the fridge the walls etc.. it wasn’t cleaned very well the room smelled. We had a can of Lysol and sprayed the room down. All in all the room was very disappointing. I feel Not very cleaned and not specially Covid friendly clean for sure.

Honestly, Have no complaints what so ever on anything that was going in the hotel room. It was definitely very very good
