Okay We wanted a non-smoking room and someone had smoked in there previously. The staff had a maintenance man spray some type of deodorizing agent in the room but it didn't help kill the smell on the pillows, bedding or mattress. The bathtub had one of those "liner" kits installed and when you stepped in the tub it "popped" up and down.
Fair The room was not what it was pictured on the internet. The beds were so small and the room smelled old and musty. I'm sorry I didn't take pictures, it didn't even cross my mind. The clerk was super nice and very helpful.
Comfortable and clean. Got in very late and staff were friendly and most helpful. Shampoo would have been nice.
Fair Beds were too small. There was no shampoo to wash your hair. Pet hair was left on the room furniture. My daughter's allergies started bothering her due to this. The breakfast was ok.
