Would not return and not recommend... Poor to other motels, need to be better organized, checked in was not informative re activities around the area, no safe in room, only 2 handicapped parking, no refrigerator, no microwave, poor coffee area, no water in breakfast area, toilet area was small, no grab bars in bathroom Bed was comfy, maid service was good, nice towels
Extremely horrible experience!!! All of the above. Disgusting filthy room. Bed had diarrhea on sheets covered by a towel. Black dog hairs on sheets. Comforter had runny diarrhea stain on it. Filthy bathtub. Runny poop behind door!!! Room had a bad odor. I asked them to get a different room and they just had two smoking rooms. I went to look at them and the smell was bad. Won't be staying at this one anymore When I got there my keys did not work, rooms are dirty, some of the staff were druggies, sheets were dirty. I usually stay at,La Quinta where ever i,go but this ,one,is due for a,complete remodel. Needs to,be,shutdown
Ok place to use and will use again for the same type of trip Had to go get a receipt no big deal Convenient, quiet, decent bed, didn’t do breakfast
Forgetful The outlets did not work. The restroom was tiny. The room was not ready at stated time. The room was under specd
Wouldn't choose this hotel again. Oops! This is what I didn't like! Drapes didn't close completely so there was light from lot through the night. Plus where the drapes didn't close, there was a view for passers-by to see into the vanity & bathroom area. It didn't feel private in the room I was in--not all rooms had the bathroom near the window. Laundry scent on sheets that triggered allergies.
Good HOUSEKEEPING. During 5 night stay room only cleaned 3 times. NEVER replaced coffee items, had to get these from the breakfast room. Front desk staff made aware of this but did nothing. Proximity to airport and restaurants.
I hated every minute of the trip. The hotel, the city. I couldn’t wait to leave. I didn’t like the staff, the entire room or the complementary breakfast. Location and Price
Very noise at night. Breakfast was adequate. Ride to and from airport was great. The traffic noise. We made our reservation months ago and then was given a room on the high traffic (noise) side of the building.
