Disappointing Close to airport Tv

Biggest disappointment ever The the rollaway bed broke and I got injured. Guy at the front desk was extremely rude and shouldn't be in customer service and refused to take us to the airport. Paying over $100 for a disgusting room like that was upsetting. That it was close to the airport. That's it..
Poor The rooms are really outdated, the facility it self was run down. Our room smelled like urine and the toliet had dry feces. Eventhough, the front desk attempt to make it right by changing our room. The second room was no better. Close to UNM and the airport.
Bad Front desk clerk at the evening was very rude. Overall everything was fine
Do NOT recommend! Location of the hotel was extremely loud and in a sketchy part of the city, making sleeping difficult. The room had what appeared to be splatters of blood or a red paint throughout the room, carpet, and bathroom. The smoke detector was missing. When it was time to checkout at 5:00 a.m the entire lobby was locked with no staff in sight. No one answered the phone and the shuttle service was not operating. Bad The hotel was really dated. The walk from the elavator was too long for my wife. We ordered a handicap room and we cancelled the reservation.
Poor Staff ignored message, charged wrong card. This is not walking distance from hotel as suggested by booking.com. Not a rendez-vous for meeting someone flying in. For an ok’d building, the inside of the room was clean.
