Good We booked for a non-smoking room and they gave us a smoking room

The pits of Hell have cleaner rooms. The entire experience I will not be recommending this site if the rooms contracted are not what are actually offered Hairs in the sink and tub, requested a non smoking double, wife and daughters slept on a king bed and I slept in a chair, the clerk acted as if she were doing us a favor by “upgrading” to a king. Since it was 12 am and I had been driving for 10 hours I took the room.
Will not stay there again Staff was rude. The room smelled musty like mold. The keys wouldn’t work had to go to office 4 times for rekeying the vending machines were across the property along with ice machine. There were cops watching the property there were weirdos sitting on property blasting music

The was the worst place I have ever stayed. The toilet seat was wet on entering the room . The beds were small, the room had a small of sitting water. The maids did not change the sheets on the bed for the 4 days, we ran out of toilet paper and when we call the desk, the told me I had to come down and get it. The stairs were old and raggedy. The ice maker had had prints on it because it needed cleaning. Checking in was easy, but of course it would be they were taking my money.
Staff forgot to refresh room on 2nd day, breakfast was subpar, no refrigerator, great towels. Stay away from this property during baloon fiesta. Staff not prepared to deliver normal quality, but was fully prepared to charge high season rates.
