Bad Rooms were not cleaned very well. My.room smelled moldy. God forbid my family nor i get sick because we did stay a little over a week There was dirt on the floor as if they forgot to vaccuum. I asked fir a vaccuum and a light bulp and we never received either. not professional at all they gave out personal information to a random person whom called questioning about me and my stay. Fair Front desk facility states non smoking rooms at this location yet the room we received reeked smoke. Close to restaurants which are within walking distance such as Waffle House and village in

Disappointing Shower was leaking water thru the whole night!! Beds were nice.
Bad I had to check in an hour after 3pm and the room wasnt even cleaned properly. There were cigarette burns on the bathtub and end table and the bathroom light didnt work. Staff was not polite. Nothing.
The night front desk person was very nice. I got a room right in front of the stairs. There was some noise about 3 am. I only booked for one night and when I went to check out the next morning. The person at the front desk told me that “someone had called and told them to extend my room stay” Well for starters I was the only adult and I didn’t extended my stay whatsoever, once I stated that my original booking was for one night she gave me the long run and started clicking around and calling on the walk-in talkie on some oth... read more
