Great location, good enough breakfast, good front desk. Unfortunately the room was very, very small. Efficient staff; decent breakfast.

This is a budget, somewhat run-down hotel that only has its excellent location as its best feature. Single small elevator serving 14 floors and also used by the maids and the service staff. Breakfast provided 7am - 10am but food often ran out, no forks for 2 days of our stay. Coffee often ran out. This is all about the location.
