Good budget choice with great location. Dead bolt didn’t work. Elevator is very slow. Great location. New paint and carpet. Room was tiny but just enough for dad and daughter to share comfortably. Breakfast was fine.

Ready to return. The size of the rooms is really small...but normal for NYC. I was traveling with friend and we opted to get two single rooms for slightly more $ than getting a room for the two of us...that was a really wise choice. The location is unbeatable for the price!
