Budget hotel in perfect location I do understand this is budget hotel in a perfect central NYC location, but even in a budget hotel certain things should be repaired/improved. Shower controls were almost broken off the wall (spinning around and hanging off the tiles). Dissapointing breakfast experience. Not much to choose of and very limited seating. Good location, breakfast included, small rooms, nice staff The building is a bit old and the maintenance is not the best in some areas and some rooms/bathrooms are really small. There is only one elevator, therefore it an take a lot to get it in peak hours (we asked for a room in a lower floor to use the stairs in these cases). Good location and ok for our short stay. Heat/ac window unit was pretty much constantly on, and blew directly on the bed and couldn’t be moved/redirected. The space was ok for the price. Good location

Dikke prima Het is wat verouderd en het zijn dunne ramen dus je hoort wat geluiden van de straat. Van de andere gasten hebben we niets gehoord. Er is 1 lift dus het was soms even wachten. De locatie is geweldig, aan Central park en dichtbij de metro. De uitzichten van de 12e verdieping waren ook erg mooi. We hadden een kamer op de hoek dus veel daglicht.
