Pleasant The breakfast room in very small and it was hard to get a place to sit. The food was fine though. The staff are lovely and the location is excellent
Excellent! Quiet, near subway stop, and Columbus Ave. with reasonably priced restaurants and shops. Everything was fine!! One block from Central Park and the Dakota Hotel on the west side!! Great breakfast selections!! Reception, dining room, and housekeeping staff were very helpful, and friendly!!
Very Good Der Frühstücksraum war leider auch sehr klein und man musste täglich warten, um einen Platz zu erhalten. Die Unterkunft war im Zentrum, man konnte die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn gut erreichen. Für einen Städtetrip ausreichend. Das Zimmer ist klein, reicht jedoch zum schlafen.

Convenient location but grubby! Very tired hotel. Decor was grubby, room door didn’t fit as it had obviously been forced open at some time. Small en-suite and tiny WC! Good breakfast, great variety

Très bon breakfast, Chambre très agréable, propre, très belle vue et proximité de central Park et Brooklyn. Un seul ascenseur pour les 14 étages ! Nous avons eu un souci de surbooking sur notre première nuit et grâce a Jasmine, la réceptionniste nous avons trouvé une solution. Elle a été prévenante et patiente. Merci encore à elle. Le reste du personnel est top et souriant.
