Gran ubicación y personal Los tiempos de espera en el ascensor pero nada crítico. La ubicación es increíble porque tienes una línea de metro cerca que te permite moverte por todo NY. La atención de las personas es estupenda. En especial Lorenza, es un ser humano extraordinario. Las personas que atienden en el desayuno, tienen una alta orientación al servicio, te apoyan y te dan muchas indicaciones.

It was a wonderful week living right next to Central Park. The hallway and room carpets definitely need to be deep cleaned. The room windows need to be cleaned. Great location next to Central Park and the subway. The shower head was great. The king bed was huge. The staff were kind. The breakfast was helpful. It’s on a beautiful street.

Pleasant The insulation of the room is very poor, I was freezing. It felt like being outside. I can't imagine the situation in the middle of winter (I stayed there at the end of October). The room is not clean and very small. Finally the price is so high for that kind of facility but I guess that's expected in NYC.. The hotel is in a very nice location, very close to Central Park. The breakfast is good, there are a few options of hot food, waffle maker, Yaourt, banana/orange, bread, bagel.
