Pleasant The insulation of the room is very poor, I was freezing. It felt like being outside. I can't imagine the situation in the middle of winter (I stayed there at the end of October). The room is not clean and very small. Finally the price is so high for that kind of facility but I guess that's expected in NYC.. The hotel is in a very nice location, very close to Central Park. The breakfast is good, there are a few options of hot food, waffle maker, Yaourt, banana/orange, bread, bagel.

I cannot say enough about the staff so friendly and personable. The room was a good but small as per NYC usual, my only complaint was the bed the mattress was uncomfortable felt like an old “lumpy” bed … the linens were very thin as was the comforter .. also the “bedspread “ felt like “paper” The air conditioner vents were broken and were pointed right at the top of bed .. the pillows also felt old flat worn out The staff was excellent very friendly and accommodating, the location was perfect Lots of shopping and great resta... read more
Excellent location with minimalist rooms at unreasonable prices. Rooms were old, small and had no rfg. or microwave. Breakfast was basic. Only one very small elevator for 14 floors. Small cramped lobby area. Given those type things, the price was extraordinarily high. Location was great - by Central Park and a lot of eateries - all very walkable. Rooms were simple and adequate. Breakfast and Wi-Fi were included. Staff was friendly.

Exceptional The breakfeast was really great. The location is amazing.The room was small but really comfy. Really close to a coupe of subway stations, various groceries and options to eat.
