Fantastic stay in New York! Location was excellent- breakfast was good -staff were so friendly and helpful- would definitely recommend and stay there again

I cannot wait to come back. the small elevator is a problem but people work with it. and the breakfast needs more fresh fruit. WE had a great room at a decent price. Breakfast was ok. Staff was terrific, especially Stephany. And location is unbeatable with the park in autumn on one side and Columbus ave on the other.
Wonderful The elavater Would have giving a ten but you only had a small elavated and made it a lil ruff at times everything else was great
