Good One elevator for 14 floors. Small rooms. Location is great. Close to the subway, park, restaurants and shopping. Staff was responsive and friendly. Helped print my broadway tickets! Good value overall.

Staff was very accommodating. Arrived early and was able to leave luggage in lobby. After we checked out we were able to Rooms are not as large as we would have preferred. Great location. Excellent breakfast.

Very nice friendly staff Room is very small but its new York Very clean, room is very small but very clean and warm water and shampoo and lotion are available so I did not have to go to buy, due to luggage not check in
Great location I stayed in a two-bed room with my dad for one night. It was very comfortable. The room had air conditioning and was located near Central Park, which made it a beautiful and convenient place to stay. The avenue is well connected, with easy access to the subway and buses, and there are several markets and pharmacies nearby. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were very friendly—I have no complaints at all. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and the great help from the front desk and the breakfast area. Still, some work on the hallways that need attention. This time we got a spacious and neat bedroom, proper for a couple. We loved it.
