We like the location proximity to where our son lives on W72nd. But we may go somewhere else next time. We had trouble getting our tv to cable, front desk didn’t know how. Maybe leave directions in the room. We had to have the toilet plunged twice while there. Very bothersome. Slow elevator. The shower pressure and temperature were awesome. The staff were friendly.

En general fue bueno, excelente ubicación, cama muy confortable y ubicación inmejorable. El Hotel necesita mantenimiento, las alfombras de los espacios comunes estan viejas y sucias, muchos detalles edilicios sin atender El desayuno es bueno, normal y la ubicación sobre todo es excelente.
Si buscas excelente ubicación y desayuno incluido, vale 100% la pena La habitación es pequeña pero la cama es agradable, limpieza de habitación aceptable solo que no era todos los días, incluye jabón, shampoo, acondicionador, secador de pelo. Sólo hay 1 ascensor para más de 10 pisos, hay que tener paciencia. Dependiendo del día, el personal podía ser muy simpático o muy seco. Wonderful Top Lage, Straße runter direkt am Centralpark gelegen, Subway-Station um die Ecke, gute Gegend, viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang.

Met expectations; breakfast was marginal, but free so I can't really complain about it. The front desk had to reset my card 2 or 3 times in order for it to work on my door. Check in was smooth and room service clean.
