Pleasant small, poorly maintained location
It's an excellent option, would recommend No complaints. Yes the rooms weren't as massive as some hotels we've stayed at, but those other hotels weren't in the middle of NYC where space is extremely limited. It was a perfect location, meet all our needs, staff was excellent. The cost was comparable to staying somewhere in the Bronx or queens, but most of our sight seeing and activities/interests were in Manhattan, so staying here saved valuable time and helped us maximize our trip.

Clean hotel, great location and good value for the money!! Had to wait sometimes for the elevator for a while. The room was clean, comfortable bed and the bathroom was in good condition. The breakfast every morning was very good, nice variety of choices and the staff was very attentive.
