Pleasant Breakfast was provided which, while appreciated, was a bit uninspiring, and I opted to eat out the second morning. Cleanliness overall was ok but not great. There is a small elevator serving all floors and it can be a bit of a wait sometimes. The staff were very polite and friendly, which was much appreciated. Check-in/out was simple (also appreciated). The location was great for where we need to go (near the Natural History Museum). The AC in the room was great.

Very Good As others stated the rooms are small, the elevator slow etc. but this place is a good value, in a good neighborhood. Just off Central Park. Staff was nice. Weekend parking on street in front of the hotel, while very limited spaces, is FREE.

Really great staff people, so grateful. All of the staff members we met were super nice and responsive to other guests situations as well as ours, just so helpful. Thank you! And the room was very clean, the beds were great. Yes, the room we got wasn’t spacious exactly, but the layout was so workable and the location was amazing.

Pleasant Hotel nije niti blizu onoga što je na slikama, dosta toga je u poluraspadnutom stanju, klima nije radila prvi dan, pa je bilo nemoguće spavati Lokacija

the rooms are small and do not have a minibar There is no minibar in the room and the elevator is very small and dark proximity to Central Park and restaurants
