Very Good La atencion en recepcion no es la mejor. Solicite acumulacion de puntos y no recibi ninguna respuesta adecuada. La recepcion no es precisamente amable. La ubicacion es estupenda. EL Hotel es comodo. El precio es justo. El ambiente del hotel es agradable. No puedo escribir mas cosas, que molones son

Very Good I ask for a refrigerator for medicine and personal needs but they didn't have a male staff on site,never received one I stay for 4 days had to use ice

Cumplidor No hicieron limpieza a la habitación, la habitación muy pequeña y me cargaron más de lo que indicaba la confirmación de la reserva, se comprometieron en corregirlo pero hasta el momento no lo realizan. Muy buena ubicación, el desayuno variado y saludable, la cama cómoda y buena atención de la Srta. Kristie.

Great location and value! Some areas like the first floor bathroom were in a little disrepair. I was disturbed by the inconsistencies in other guests wearing or not wearing masks in enclosed public spaces. Of course, that's on them, not the hotel. The staff did wear masks consistently. Great location and value. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Convenient and filling complimentary breakfast.
