Pleasant O quarto não tinha a alcatifa nas melhoras condições de limpeza. A porta da casa de banho tinha um buraco, mostrando algum descuido com a manutenção do espaço. O facto do quarto não ter aquecimento é um ponto muito negativo, pois fomos no inverno e tivemos noites muito desconfortáveis. Da localização e do pequeno almoço. Os funcionários são muito prestáveis. Tivemos a sanita entupida e de imediato resolveram o problema.

Great location, friendly staff but impossibly small rooms Rooms were exceptionally small and the bathroom was impossibly small. It wis literally too small to turn around in Location was excellent. The staff were excellent Very friendly and helpful The shower was good and hot

Excelente opção, fácil deslocamento para a cidade toda e muito próximo do Central Park. Para quem quiser um local um pouco mais badalado e agitado a noite, esse não é o local! O bairro é super calmo e as coisas fecham cedo. Equipe simpática, quarto agradável (pegamos a versão "maior" para acomodar as malas e valeu muito a pena), tudo bastante limpo. A localização é a melhor parte! Fica a meia quadra do central park e com estação de metro na quadra de trás e outra há duas quadras, facilitando muito o deslocamento. Tem superme... read more
