Nice staff helps the potential issues although most is due to size of facilities - hard to do anything Water tubes from room next door quite noisy. Bfast room too small Location

Excelente personal de servicios. Excelente ubicación, al lado del Central Park y del subte. Excelente ubicación, con metro muy cerca y en una zona segura y bonita. La gente de limpieza y servicios es muy simpática y amable.

Great location and wonderful staff The 4th floor carpet in the hallway was stained and bleached. Our door key didn’t work even after 7 keys Only 1/2 block from Central Park, only 1 block from the subway, the staff was amazing, great restaurants within 3 blocks, very safe neighborhood
