Best location and in NYC a small, clean room is all you need. I have stayed here before and would stay again. Long waits for one elevator when hotel is full, but worth the location. I love the location of this hotel. Altho rooms small, they are clean & more than adequate if you plan on being out & about in NYC. In a very nice section of NYC -- 1/2 block to Central Park and only 1 block or so from convenient subway stop. On a quiet residential street.

Small yet comfortable. Not for claustrophobics. I had to place a towel or two next to the bathtub to keep water off the floor while showering. They should probably get better curtains or something. Breakfast was limited, but I didn't care. Pandemics ruin a lot of things.

Good One elevator. Bathroom shower needs maintenance ... the handle is about to fall off The staff: Lynette, Jair, Anaeh, Ruby, Gregoria and the lady who helps at breakfast. Such wonderful people made a bit difference Safe.

Very Good liked location of hotel and asked for a street facing room which was great. was up on a higher floor which was great also bed was comfortable room and bathroom worked well for what I needed

Great location! Close to subway and Central Park I would just say the elevator taking a long time to get to the floor but honestly I can’t really complain about that! We loved the location and how accommodating the staff was. The breakfast was great especially in such an expensive city! Thank you.
