Exceptional The staff was spectacular from the moment we arrived. They were very welcoming and helpful. Keith was our favorite.. going above and beyond to help us feel right at home and making our vacation/ Birthday celebration all that more special! Susanna was also great! Good Комнаты очень маленькие, хотя было заявлено о 19 м2. На самом деле 10 м2. Из окон вид на жуткие задние дворы. Годиться только переночевать. Кондиционер работает на тепло, но окна старые, дует из всех щелей. Столовая крошечная, утром просто нет места присесть. Из горячего были вареные вкрутую яйца и картошка отварная! Recommend... Amazing location, and very friendly stuff! Perfect place for Central Park lovers, and people who like to get away from Midtown jungle, but still be in the heart of the NYC. No complains at all. Room was small, but just as expected. Perfect for sleeping over (which you don't do much here anyway).
Fantastic hotel Everything about the hotel was just perfect. Clean, comfortable, warm and friendly. Great location too.
Good Very Small room
Very pleasant stay. Would stay again. Basic room was very small and unsuitable in my view for a couple. Luckily we were able to get an upgrade. Cleanliness, breakfast was good, staff were excellent. Special thank you to Cynthia and Keith for their attention.
Pleasant Camera piccola per gli standard europei, è la dimensione del letto ridotta rispetto a un matrimoniale ma tutto sommato confortevole Colazione tipica americana, fornita sia da dolce che salato, lo staff molto carino e cordiale. Posizione in zona tranquilla..per visitare downtown un po’ distante ma vicina alle principali attrazioni turistiche. 15/20 minuti a piedi da time square e rockfeller
Good Für mich persönlich ist es schlimm kein Fenster öffnen zu können, was hier leider der Fall war. Über das Frühstück waren wir als Europäer positiv überrascht, nur der Kaffee war nicht zu trinken. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig, sauber und es wurden sogar täglich die Hand-/Badetücher gewechselt!
