Adequate, but did not get what we were promised. I called and asked for a room upgrade Wednesday before our stay because I found a King room for less $ elsewhere - the woman I spoke to was able to upgrade our double room to a queen room as no kings were available - this was fine. When we arrived, however, there were no queen rooms available as we were promised. We ended up with a double bed which was basically in a closet sized room. Good room was too small for three people. Bathroom was extremely tiny, no room to even move. Great location, close to central park and columbus circle. Bed was really comfortable. Lots of snacks downstairs at reception. Friendly staff. Room cleaned everyday with f=clean towels.
Tolle Gegend, nette Unterkunft ,alles gut Das Zimmer war sehr klein, mit 2 Koffern konnte man kaum darin stehen. Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen. Keine Frischluftzufuhr möglich. Saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal. Nähe zum Central Park. Ruhigere Gegend Ein Block weiter war eine Subway-Station
